What I have done

 

During my agency career I have grown multiple departments and managed many teams.  I’ve worked with agencies from their conception and helped them grow to over 50 people. A few career highlights include:

 

• Working with two UK startup agencies that are still going strong and very successful

• Being an integral part of the team that built software which was bought by Magento (Adobe Commerce)

• Working in Australia at a WPP agency and growing their digital offering from the ground up to over 20 people across the country

• Running my own ecommerce consultancy for 2 years before joining arguably the best ecommerce and digital media agency around (Vervaunt) at Director level

 

I now use my experience, good and bad, to help agencies succeed in their objectives.

 

What I can do

• Giving time back to the SLT by empowering the team and making the most out of technology

• Understanding that no two agencies are the same and a cookie-cutter approach will not work

How I work

 

I take a hands-on approach to my work and will generally implement suggestions, methodologies and technologies myself. This helps to ensure that everything runs smoothly and clients have the best experience possible.

 

Generally it is best all round for me to work with clients on an ongoing basis in a business operations role, working towards a specific commercial goal.  I can also work on a project basis where necessary.
